The
Portfolio is the cornerstone of the Graduation Program.
Working on
a Portfolio helps students develop the skills
and attributes
that are important for life
after Grade 12.
Graduation
Portfolios are mandatory for graduation in British Columbia for all
students entering Grade 10 in September 2004 and thereafter.
Graduation Portfolio requirements are introduced in Grade 10 and
culminate in a final presentation in a student’s Grade 12 year.
The portfolio earns students four credits towards graduation and is
the sole criteria for awarding
Passport to Education in Grade
12.
